Refund & Return Policy

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain items cannot be returned including: garlic, flowers, open concentrate jars, open oils. We do not accept returns on items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds Process

To begin the refund process, please email a photo of your item along with a detailed description of issue to info@earthwolffarms.ca. We will advise you of next steps. If we require you to return your item to be inspected, we will also send you an email to notify you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your approved refund after 10 business days, please contact us at info@earthwolffarms.ca.

Shipping Returns

If we need you to return your product, we will notify you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
